A great play, then a great film and then a fantastic TV series. Randall and Klugman turn in perfect performances as complete opposites sharing an appartment in Neil Simon's creation.

4 japhet zayas from Queens, New York: My all time favorite sit-com. It was from my high school years. I came to truly appreciate the re-runs for which I stayed up late. When the reruns were discontinued I purchased a boxed set. I watch an episode almost every night before bed, including the opening and closing credits which show some of my favorite places in my beloved NY: Central Park, Columbus Circle, old Yankee Stadium, 1501 Broadway (the old Paramount Building in Times Square, where I used to work for O.T.B, which was part of the "Felix The Horseplayer," episode. I always watch the street scenes accompanying the opening and closing credits. I wonder just how many people who were incidentally filmed have recognized themselves, and if they know how lucky they were to be a part, however small, of TV history. I would have been honored to be in the same shot with Tony Randall and Jack Klugman. In the history of sit-coms the Odd couple stands as a timeless classic.
3 Rialto350 from New Jersey: Murray the cop dressed as bait for muggers/perverts in Central Park. Oscar say's he's the ugliest woman he's ever seen.
2 Kelly from Brooklyn, NY: This show was an essential part of growing up in 70's-80's NY. Even the most mundane utterance is hilarious. Great acting and classic lines galore! The type of humor that too few "get". Please please, we need it on DVD....NOW!
1 Stephanie Alvarado from Lindenhurst, New York: I love The Odd Couple tv show. I been watching the show since I was small, and I just love it. I wish they would put it back on tv. Now that I know the show is out on DVD, I will buy it.
