121 Jake from London: Emmerdale is Great, It is at it's upmost Best when it's comedy is high and the episodes are full of lighthearted and kindness. I also love the constant artificial music they play on Emmerdale. It's lovely to have that aspect on it!
120 Jake from London: The sad thing about Emmerdale has to be the fact that it appears to be loosing it's old - fashioned unique touch.
The Farming side of Emmerdale was lovely, and it is quite heartbreaking to see it vanish from our screens more and more.
119 david from windsor ontario canada: coming from england the people in the show are typical of the residents in that area to a tee. Wonderful show and great actors.
118 John Lodge from Lancaster UK: Thieving, underage sex and lieing to the police oh and blackmail seem to be everyday life in Emmerdale
117 jonathan d grantz from kinross USA blind river ONT: I'm befuddled as to what happened in the show as CBC canada cancelled it in early Jan 07. charity and cain zach in chile the silly girl that temed up with rodneys daughter (that so and so)mac and edna and all of the unanswered questions.

I wish the Tates would come back though
i would love to see a storyline between the Tates
The Kings and the Sinclairs
and how the tension between the 3 families
I'd also the Blackstocks/Lambert/Thomas family to take more of a central role in the soap
from Bernice to Jasmine and Diane to Ashley and Laurel to Nicola and Paul to Rodney and of course Val
They have in my opinioin
have to become the soaps leading family
and BRING DAWN BACK FROM THE DEAD the Hopes & the Windsors havnt been the same without her
112 Maggie from St John's,Nl: I loved Emmerdale and was upset to see that CBC removed it from their line up. Hope they reconsider and bring back this great show.
Favourite moment would have to be when Tricia and Marlon got married.

107 Joan Russell from Oshawa, Canada: http://www.PetitionOnline.com/CBCemm/
This is a link for anyone who wants to sign a petition to the CBC to try and save Emmerdale. It has just under 500 signatures as of now. Please, please, sign and pass it around to friends and family and maybe we can get CBC to take notice of us. They had no regard for their viewers when they decided to get rid of the show without even letting us know. I watch Corrie and a few other shows on CBC but I will not do that unless Emmerdale is returned and I know others who feel the exact same way.
106 Debbie from Chapleau, ON Canada: I am just so upset if it is true that Emmerdale is being taken off of CBC Canada...It is my favourite show. What can we do?

104 Tuula from Tornio,Finland: I just love Emmerdale. It`s just a village where I grew up in Kemi, Finland.....few colourfull people and ewerybody took care of each other... favourite persons are Ashley and Edna. Great, thank you..
103 DEE PETERS from PARKFIELDS WOLVERHAMPTON: How wonderful is actress Ursula Marsden, she plays Alice in emmerdale. She has played this part so well and with great feeling, as someone who knows what this cruel illness can do to your mind, she is so wonderful and deserves an award for this she really does.
102 Scott from Newcastle - Upon - Tyne: My very favourite Emmerdale moment has to be from that unforgettably BRILL episode where arch superbitch Kim Tate came back from the dead and gave Frank a fatal heart attack. I thought the best bit was when Kim - having watched her husband die - poured herself a drink and saluted his passing before cooly retouching her lippy and exiting FOR GOOD. Pure, absolute class!
101 Scott from Newcastle: A deeply moving episode last night - although I fancy the actress who plays Kathy something rotten! Her regret at having to tell her dear friend Betty that Seth had passed away nearly broke my heart. I love the actress who plays Betty and thought her shock and grief was very well acted.
100 Fran from London: I Love Emmerdale!!
I love the storylines and the fabulous actors who bring the charachters to life aespecially Bob, Rodney and the gorgeous Paul. Some of the major storylines like Diane's illness really touched the hearts and was so sensitively portrayed.

97 kat from england: i would like to say that the birth ov debbies baby girl was brilliant well done to debbie she was great keep it up
96 Bobbi Gellatly from Perth,Scotland: I think Chloe was bad at lying to her boyfriend about her being pregnant especially after she fell over when doing stuff with boxes and then being told their was nothing there to be hurt when she fell. Paddy and Viv's affair was the best storyline I ever saw.
95 McNamara from Gosport: Isn't it about time people realised just how awful Emmerdale is?? Only a very few can act!!! They need to take tips from EastEnders and Corrie thats all I can say.
94 Leanne from Darlington: i absolutely love emmerdale, it is da best soap! :D I'm da same age as the actress who plays Debbie Dingle (charley Webb), i fink she is mint!
93 paul tyrer from warrington: Just wondering if Elvis Dingle will be appearing on emmerdale agian in the future. If you are wondering who he is then hes the cousin of one of the Dingles, not sure who though but made his firs appearance when he dropped of jack dingles mother at his house IN 2002.
92 Alison Hills from Gravesend, Kent: Some of my favourite moments is Billy Hartman, Steve Halliwell & Alun Lewis with the Woolpackers.

89 mark from northampton: I'm going up North to London !!
classic Sam Dingle line

79 Carole Smith from Castor, Peterborough: I`ve loved Emmerdale since the early days, when it was only available on YTV (I was a teenager back in Sunny Scunny then,& was really chuffed when it went Nationwide & I could pick it up again. My favourite character is Zoe Tate, but admit to being a fan of the Dingle clan, her "arch-enemies". Both Leah Bracknell & Mark Charnock have had some tough story-lines & their acting has been 1st-class. It beats me why Corrie & "Deadenders" keep walking away with all the major awards. They`re not a patch on you guys!
78 Ted and Hetty King from Oadby - Leicester.: Congratulations to Amy (Chloe)on her superb performance as Sarah Brightman on "Stars in their Eyes" - Saturday May 8th.
Her "singing" voice should be heard much more often -and hopefully "recorded" -such a gift.
Have followed Emmerdale from the beginning in 1972 - long may it continue.
77 Helen from Surrey: I think that Zoe Tate is the most gorgeous woman on the set. If not the most troubled. If she was real I would take her under my wing and help her through her troubles.
76 Anthony huggins from Birmingham: I really like the show, enjoy watching it and even like Andy.
75 Mrs. K. Gray from Harrogate, N. Yorks.: My favourite moment was when Marlon was talking to Tricia on the bench after she had died. It was very emotive and touching. The music playing in the background was perfect.
74 Sarah Firth from Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent: My Favourite episode is when Laurel and Ashley got together! At last! How I cheered at the end of the episode when Ashley finally told her how he felt. If only I could be Laurel and have Ashley all to myself! I think John Middleton plays him to perfection and Charlotte Bellamy brings Laurel to life with her great comedy. I Hope they stay together.

I have been searching for hours trying to find a website of hers but it was no use although I really want her to know how she has got me hooked on Emmerdale through her great acting. Well done to Emma Atkins and all of the Dingles in general including good actor Debbie.

Lorraine Chase and her pal, does the show hire actors....Sam the Dingles, your out of touch with reality and people
It will be dropped unless the scripts and acting improves....a village can only hold so much drama and I am afraid Emmerdale has lost it

and was a classic. Also, the fantastic repartee between Amos and Henry was always memorable.
28 Rachel from Dewsbury (leeds): My fav Character is Donna Windsor. Shes just so funny and reminds me of the sort of person i am. I can really relate to her. Hope we see her in Emmerdale for many years to come. Ps i think shes such a fantastic actress. (Well Done Verity!)

I enjoyed the older episodes when mr wilkes etc were on, and when ny estates was in business, I miss the old stars. Nevertheless I do still catch up occasionally and the dingles seem an interesting bunch. I wonder if videos are available of old episodes, like they are of coronation street.
24 Melissa Morgan from Telford Shropshire: My favourite character is Terry Woods played by Billy Hartman, hes so goodlooking, i like all episodes with him in it he makes the soap special and complete. My funniest episode on Emmerdale was when Viv Windsor fell head first in to the wheelie bin my family and i was in stitches for days on end. Ive been watching Emmerdale since the plane crash, i was bad in hospital then with a broken arm so it really intrigued me to watch further episodes. It is my favourite soap and i love it. Please please please don't ever stop showing it five times a week because it is so brilliant! I even prefere classic Emmerdale to normal emmerdale because I think that some of the characters were slightly more interesting. I also love it because its now the only place you can see the best ever Emmerdale character - Zakaria Dingle!!! Let's just hope and pray that one day he makes a return to the viliage because it don't seem the same without him. Anyway keep up the good work!
15 Andrew from Huddersfield: When Betty was also getting her words mixed up when speaking about the WWW.
14 jimmy browne from co. wexford: Emmerdale has to be the best soap. I'd challenge anyone to disagree with me! 12 steve from earby: i just like the comedy and the drama that seems to work so well in emmerdale
11 James from West Yorkshire: Emmerdale is great but hasnt been the best since to totty Lady Tara left played by Anna Brecon. Emmerdale Bring back Tara!!

9 M. Cantrell from Chesterfield: What happened to the money that Tina Dingle buried on the railway bank.
8 Andy from Glasgow: My favourite memory is when in Kim Tate came back from the dead in 1997 and Frank instantly had a heart attack. It was interesting coz no one expected her to return after they supposidly killed her off, A great acting performance as well. I also liked the plane crash in 1993, it was like a disaster movie, all the explosions (etc) one of the highest special effects ever used on tv soap ever!!!
7 Charlie from Norfolk: My favorite part of Emmerdale is when Zoe was having the breakdown because I think Leah played the part really really well and she is such a good actress. I was watching that part very closly and I was thinking and I was crying. I thought it was really sad and Leah is very talented. I also thought that the other people in Emmerdale were very good. I really feel very strong about Emmerdale and it's my best soap. I love it

1 Arthur Bainbridge from Cleveland: This is my favourite because of the great characters like Seth and the Dingles for comedy. The tragic Kathy, and the trials and tribulations of the Glover family. The bickering of the Tate family, which always produces great drama, the ambience of the Woolpack it makes a superb cocktail of laughs and tears.
