6 alex from milton keynes: Well what can i say it's the best comedy ever made. The use of the english language is magnificent, and delivered superbly by some of our best comediens.
'Talking to yourself again Blackadder'
'Well it's the only way i can be sure of an intelligent conversation' GENIUS
5 Terry Allen from Central Coast NSW Australia: The whole Black Adder series was brilliant, taking in various points in history - one of the funniest names was 'Sir rather a Wally Raleigh', but all up, Stephen Fry & Rowan Atkinson's interaction, plus the snide comments about Captain Darling were perfectly performed with a very dry tongue from Atkinson.
4 Elisabeth Hurley from Newcastle Upon Tyne: The end scene in Blackadder goes forth. Very stark and poignant.
3 Clare from Glasgow: Blackadder is one of the best comedies that the UK has ever produced - hats off to the excellent Ben Elton, the engimatic Mr Atkinson - and who would have ever thought that wimp the Prince Regent would become the fantastic Dr House!!
2 Allen Forster from Cornwall GB: Loved Blackadder and the going over the top episode - very moving and said everything about war. Especially loved "Baldrick, you're wetter than a haddock's bathing costume" and I'm just going to Hartlepool to buy some exploding trousers." Best memory was when George invited Blackadder to his country estate to get in a trench filled up with water while his gamekeeper shot at him - priceless!
Allen Forster.
1 martin from cambs uk: Rowan Atkinson as Edmund Blackadder was a funny romp thru time that is essential watching fro brit tv fans.
