4 Jay Ashby from Australia: I loved 'A Fine Romance' - it was very understated humour and beautifully acted by real life husband and wife team Judi Dench and Michael Williams. My favourite scene was the one where they tipped water over one another, which doesn't sound like understated humour at all. Love it!

2 Antonella from Italy: Unfortunately, I've never seen this sitcom in my country. I'm waiting for DVD "A Fine Romance - The Complete First Series" and I'm so curious! I have bought it because of dear Richard Warwick but I've loved also Judy Dench in many movies, like "Chocolat", so I'm impatient to see it! Bye bye!

1 Gary Gilbert from USA: A Fine Romance is by far my favorite British Sitcom. I love Judi Dench, and what also made the show superb was the way all of the four main characters (Phil, Helen, Mike and Laura) all blended together. I wish the show had gone on longer! I recently purchased the entire series on DVD and enjoy it every single day! Hats off to Bob Larbey!
